Part 1:
The main aspects of Don McCullin's work that I feel are most useful and will inspire my future photography are the use of the black and white color scheme as well as the emotional capturing he captures in the photos. I feel as if the black and white color scheme add such a powerful impact in photos that represent the seriousness of the moment. Also, both in the photographs of human subjects you can sense the fear and emotion the people have in them, as well as the non-human subject photos you can still sense the emotion which is enhanced by the color scheme of the image.

Comment on another student's blog:
Nathan, this was a really enjoyable and easy to understand presentation. You definitely gave good background of the photographer and some of the work he completed. You also did a good job relating the photographer's work to information from Chapter 4. I feel your analyzation with the color schemes and subjects of the photographs were true and on point. Once suggestion I would make is to include a few more photographs from the photographer in the presentation. It was good to see the ones you put in, but I feel a few more would have added more justice for the scope of his work. However, besides this, it was all in all a great presentation!
